FAST/TRACK Privacy Policy
How FAST/TRACK uses information, device features and third-party services.

This policy is written conservatively from the application's current implementation. It should be reviewed whenever the app's services or permissions change.
Information stored on your device
The current implementation stores your active timer, fasting history, selected and custom plans, profile preferences, notification settings, goals, measurements and optional check-ins using local application storage. Optional check-ins may include mood, energy, hunger, notes, hydration and weight entries that you choose to record.
Notifications
If you grant notification permission, FAST/TRACK can schedule stage, completion, hydration and weekly-plan reminders on your device. Notification settings and timing information are used for this purpose. You can disable notifications in the app or device settings.
Widgets, Live Activities and active-fast surfaces
FAST/TRACK may share limited timer state — such as plan, elapsed or remaining time, progress and stage — with its own iOS widget and Live Activity or Android widget and ongoing notification. This information remains within the app's supported device surfaces.
Backups and exports
You can choose to create a JSON backup or export fasting history as CSV. These exports are handed to your device's share controls, and the destination you choose will process the file or text under its own privacy terms. Review the destination before sharing sensitive wellbeing information.
Health services, accounts and cloud sync
The reviewed implementation does not activate health-platform data access, a user account, cloud synchronisation or a watch companion. Those items are intentionally shown as unconfigured. This policy must be updated before any such integration is enabled.
Advertising and analytics
The reviewed implementation does not include an advertising SDK or a separate analytics service. This must be reviewed if the implementation changes.
Removing local information
You can delete individual sessions and measurements or clear fasting history from within the app. Removing the app may remove locally stored information, so create a backup first if you want to retain it.
Your choices
You can choose whether to grant optional device permissions, adjust device-level permissions later and stop using the app. Where an app stores preferences locally, removing the app may remove that local data.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an Apped service, please contact us.
Data retention
Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose described, to operate and protect the service, or to meet legal obligations. Retention by third-party services is governed by their own policies.
