Apped is the mobile application development and publishing brand of TDF Consultancy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10248390.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a misleading way.
App use
Each application is provided for its stated purpose and may also be subject to the terms of the app store through which it is distributed. You are responsible for using the app appropriately and for maintaining a compatible device and network connection.
Intellectual property
Apped branding, website content and original application materials belong to TDF Consultancy Limited or its licensors. Third-party names, data and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party information
Some apps display information from third-party services, including food product and football data, public traffic camera information, maps or advertising. We aim to present this usefully, but do not control third-party availability, completeness or accuracy. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
Availability
We may maintain, change or withdraw parts of the website or applications. Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, device conditions, network problems or third-party services.
